Georji and Justin set the bar high for what a wedding was, is, and should be. And we thought their engagement session was the most fun we could have in the desert with a camera (view the photos from their e-session here). It was an epic day. Even though a weekend in Palm Springs in late May can be a warm one, this particular weekend was 106 degrees. I believe the temperature didnt drop below 100 until around 9PM. But that didnt stop everyone from strutting their sweaty stuff and having a great time.
We learned 3 major things from this wedding that we hope to see more often. 1) gentlemen, if you first-look with your bride, this is how you’re supposed to react. Angels descending upon you basking in pure beauty deserve a proper reaction. 2) I think everyone should do a hora. Jewish or not, it adds a little danger and excitement to the day. And 3) if you get married by a pool, you better believe you’re going in at the end of the night.
Thank you Georji and Justin for inviting us out to party in the heat with you all weekend.
